DRAFT Everflow vs Affise: How the Two Platforms Compare on Price and Terms

Compare Everflow vs Affise on pricing, tracking, affiliate network features, payments, automation, mobile attribution and contract terms.

Everflow and Affise compete for much of the same market. Both can manage affiliates, advertisers, offers, conversions, payouts and reporting, and both explicitly sell to affiliate networks as well as brands and agencies.

The difference becomes clearer once the comparison moves beyond the basic feature list. Everflow has expanded into a broader performance and partner marketing platform, with recurring revenue attribution, media buying integrations and a partner marketplace alongside its network functionality. Affise Performance remains more closely structured around the mechanics of affiliate and performance marketing, while the wider Affise portfolio adds products for mobile attribution and partner discovery.

Their commercial models are also different. Everflow does not publish standard platform pricing on its main website, although its official Shopify listing currently shows a $1,495 monthly reference price plus setup. Affise publishes four Performance tiers with defined conversion and impression allowances, and many capabilities are distributed across those tiers.

All prices, plan limits and review figures below were checked in September 2026.

Everflow's main pricing page requests a personalized quote and asks how much the company pays affiliates each month, while its Shopify App Store listing currently shows $1,495 per month, a $500 setup fee and payout-based tier pricing. Affise publishes all four Performance tiers and their current limits directly on its pricing page.

Product scope

Everflow now presents itself as more than conventional affiliate tracking. Its current platform covers partner management, network traffic, recurring revenue attribution, placement-level reporting, payments and media buying integrations alongside ordinary affiliate tracking.

The recurring revenue element is particularly relevant for businesses where the first conversion does not represent the full customer value. Everflow can attribute subsequent events such as renewals, repeat purchases, expansions and upsells back to the original acquisition source. It also integrates performance data from Google, Meta and TikTok, allowing affiliate and internal paid media activity to sit closer together in the reporting stack.

Everflow also has a dedicated affiliate network proposition, rather than serving networks only as an extension of its brand product. Its network solution covers advertiser and publisher relationships, cross-vertical tracking, payments and marketplace access.

Affise Performance starts from a more traditional performance marketing structure. Advertisers, affiliates, offers, targeting, payouts, conversions, statistics and campaign controls form the centre of the product, while its current pricing descriptions explicitly address networks and agencies at different scales.

The broader Affise portfolio then extends outside Affise Performance. Affise MMP handles mobile measurement, while Affise Reach provides another layer for partnership discovery. A company can therefore buy into a wider Affise ecosystem without expecting every capability to sit inside the same Performance product.

For networks, neither approach is inherently preferable. Everflow becomes more interesting when affiliate operations need to sit alongside other acquisition channels and downstream revenue attribution. Affise is easier to recognize as a conventional network operating environment, particularly when campaign controls and advertiser-affiliate workflows are the main requirement.

Pricing

Pricing is one of the largest practical differences between the two platforms.

Everflow Pricing

Everflow does not currently publish a standard pricing matrix on its main website. Companies request personalized pricing and provide information about their business type, existing affiliate or referral program and monthly affiliate payout volume.

The clearest public price reference comes from Everflow's official Shopify App Store listing, which currently shows:

  • $1,495 per month
  • $500 setup fee
  • Payout-based tier pricing
  • Custom pricing based on usage

The listing also states that recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Shopify App Store

That $1,495 figure should not be treated as a guaranteed quote for every Everflow customer. Everflow's main site still routes buyers through personalized pricing, so the final commercial agreement can depend on the account and its usage profile.

Everflow also requires a six-month commitment for its plans.

A buyer should therefore ask for more than the opening monthly price. The useful commercial comparison needs the relevant usage thresholds, the cost of moving into the next band, setup and onboarding charges, and any additional services that sit outside the platform subscription.

Affise Pricing

Affise currently publishes four Affise Performance tiers.

Beginner is shown at $625 per month, alongside a lower $499 price with commitment. It includes 7,000 conversions, 5 million impressions, unlimited clicks, 50 offers, unlimited partners and unlimited users.

Core is shown at $888 per month, or $699 with commitment. It increases the allowance to 40,000 conversions and 15 million impressions, adds two custom domains and removes the offer limit.

Expand is shown at $1,239 per month, or $999 with commitment. The plan includes 50,000 conversions, 20 million impressions, five custom domains and a wider set of tracking, targeting and support functions.

Custom is shown at $2,499 per month, or $1,999 with commitment. Conversions, impressions and custom domains become tailored, while additional automation, customization and operational functions are available at this level.

Affise also confirms that tracking does not stop once an included monthly limit is exceeded. Events continue to be recorded, but activity outside the plan allowance is charged according to the customer's pricing terms.

The published entry price therefore gives only part of the cost picture. A network needs to identify both the required traffic allowance and the lowest tier containing all of the functions used in production.

How Growth Changes the Cost

Everflow and Affise attach software cost to different parts of the operation.

Everflow's quote process asks how much a company pays affiliates each month, while its Shopify listing describes the model as payout-based tier pricing with custom pricing based on usage. Everflow's billing documentation also notes that recurring fees can increase when usage moves beyond the limits attached to the current plan.

Affise makes the usage model more visible before purchase. Its standard plans include fixed conversion and impression allowances, while clicks are currently listed as unlimited. Once the included events are exceeded, tracking continues and additional events are billed. That distinction matters for affiliate networks because transaction volume, tracked conversions and the network's own margin do not necessarily grow at the same rate.

A network processing high affiliate payouts could find a payout-linked model relatively expensive even if conversion volume remains moderate. A business producing very large numbers of conversions can encounter the opposite problem with a conversion-based structure. The useful cost comparison should therefore use a recent month of real production data rather than multiplying the entry price by twelve.

Migration: Everflow vs Affise

Migration deserves its own comparison because these platforms are often evaluated by established networks rather than companies launching their first affiliate program.

Everflow currently makes a specific migration commitment. The company says it can provide full data and setup migration with no data loss, replicate the existing setup and allow the old program to remain active during the migration period while data is collected in both platforms. Everflow also states that these data migrations are free, including API-based migrations from TUNE, CAKE and HitPath.

The parallel-run element is useful because it gives an established network time to compare tracking results before switching its source of record rather than treating migration as a single cutover event.

Affise approaches migration through CPAPI. Its pricing FAQ describes CPAPI as the tool used to synchronize with advertisers and pull data into Affise, while the current pricing matrix specifically lists Offer Migration (CPAPI) as unavailable on Beginner and available on Core, Expand and Custom.

That distinction should be kept clear. Everflow publicly describes a broader full data and setup migration service. Affise publicly documents CPAPI as its migration mechanism and includes Offer Migration only from Core upward. Networks evaluating Affise should therefore confirm exactly what will be transferred, which parts of the existing account require manual rebuilding and what migration support is included in the commercial agreement.

Tracking and Attribution

Both platforms cover the fundamentals expected from established performance marketing systems, including clicks, conversions, advertiser and partner attribution, postbacks and reporting.

Everflow extends that model into subsequent customer events. Its current product supports tracking repeat purchases, renewals, expansion events and upsells, which can help businesses attribute value beyond the initial acquisition. The platform also combines this with Google, Meta and TikTok integrations, giving teams the option to analyse affiliate and media buying activity through the same wider reporting environment.

Affise exposes a substantial tracking and campaign-control matrix across its plans. View-through attribution and Smartlinks begin at Core, while functions such as promo-code tracking, QR-code tracking and parallel tracking appear on higher tiers. Additional controls include click, impression and advertiser caps, geographic and parameter targeting, landing-page targeting and other performance marketing configurations depending on the selected plan.

The choice therefore depends less on whether the platforms can record affiliate conversions, since both can, and more on the surrounding operating model. Everflow has a stronger emphasis on connecting partner activity with downstream customer value and other acquisition channels. Affise exposes a more detailed hierarchy of campaign controls and tracking features across its Performance plans.

Campaign Management and Automation

Affise makes its plan-dependent automation particularly visible. Commission tiers, Smartlinks and several campaign controls become available on Core. More targeting and reporting functions appear on Expand, while CR Automation, Click Automation, KPI Automation and Scheduled Changes are currently reserved for Custom. This can create a situation where a network fits comfortably inside the conversion allowance of one plan but still needs a more expensive tier because of its operating requirements.

Everflow takes a less granular public pricing approach. Its current product pages list auto-optimization, placement-level reporting, enterprise API access and media buying integrations as core platform capabilities, but commercial access is handled through the personalized pricing process rather than a public four-tier feature matrix.

For an Everflow buyer, the demo and proposal therefore need to establish which exact functions are included in the quoted package.

Partner Payments

Both platforms can handle partner payments within their ecosystems.

Everflow Pay allows companies to fund and process partner payments through Everflow. Its current documentation states that the payer's usage fees depend on total monthly payout volume, while transaction treatment differs between domestic and international payments.

Affise Pay is listed as part of all four current Performance tiers. Affise also provides affiliate payout configuration and billing functionality around the network operation.

Networks operating across multiple countries should still compare actual country and currency coverage against their publisher base. The existence of an integrated payment product is less important than whether it fits the network's finance flow, affiliate locations and payout methods.

Partner Discovery and Marketplaces

Everflow Marketplace is part of the broader Everflow product proposition. Brands and networks can use it to find publishers and other partners, while Everflow currently promotes discovery by vertical and partner type.

Affise separates discovery across multiple products. Agency Marketplace supports relationships between agencies, while Affise Reach extends the ecosystem into publisher and brand discovery.

For a network, marketplace functionality should be evaluated by relevant supply rather than total marketplace size. A large directory has limited value if it contains few active publishers in the verticals and GEOs the network actually monetizes.

Mobile Attribution

Mobile measurement is one of the clearest structural differences. Affise sells Affise MMP as a dedicated product covering organic and non-organic installs, in-app activity, revenue, retention, uninstall and reinstall measurement, retargeting and other app acquisition workflows. Its current MMP pricing includes a $0 freemium tier for up to 10,000 monthly active users, while higher-volume environments move to custom pricing.

Everflow can track app-related activity and integrate partner performance into its attribution model, but it does not position a separate standalone MMP alongside its core platform in the way Affise does. For a mobile-first company that wants both affiliate infrastructure and mobile measurement from one vendor family, Affise therefore has a meaningful advantage.

For networks whose advertisers already use dedicated MMPs or whose traffic is predominantly web-based, that difference carries considerably less weight.

MCP and AI Access

Both Everflow and Affise now offer Model Context Protocol access to affiliate data.

Everflow's MCP server is currently strictly read-only. Network users can query reporting, offers, partners, advertisers, clicks and conversions, but MCP cannot create, modify or delete production records.

Affise follows essentially the same model. Its hosted MCP server currently exposes 25 read-only tools and explicitly states that connected AI clients cannot create, edit or delete offers, partners, payouts or conversions.

For teams primarily interested in conversational reporting and faster data retrieval, both products therefore cover a similar use case.

The difference becomes more relevant when the buyer wants AI to participate in actual affiliate operations, which is one area where alternatives such as Trackdesk take a different approach.

Security and Compliance

Everflow has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit and publishes information covering access controls, encryption, security monitoring and its wider security processes.

Affise has also completed SOC 2 Type II and states that it holds an ePrivacyseal associated with its privacy and GDPR controls.

Neither should therefore be dismissed as lacking established security credentials. Procurement teams should compare the specific reports, data processing agreements, hosting requirements and security documentation their own organization requires.

What Reviewers Report

Current independent review averages favor Everflow, although sample sizes differ between the platforms.

As of September 2026, G2 lists Everflow at 4.7 out of 5 across 244 reviews. Affise has a vendor-level rating of 4.6 across 86 reviews, with 85 reviews attached specifically to Affise Performance.

Capterra currently lists Everflow at 4.9 across 40 reviews and Affise at 4.6 across 84 reviews

The numbers give Everflow an advantage in current ratings, but the difference should not replace a product evaluation. Everflow has a much larger G2 sample, while Affise has more than twice as many Capterra reviews. Review content is generally more useful when it is used to identify recurring operational themes and then checked during the trial or demo rather than treating a decimal rating as the deciding factor.

Where Trackdesk Fits for Affiliate Networks

Everflow and Affise are credible choices for affiliate networks, but they are not the only platforms worth placing in the same evaluation.

Trackdesk belongs on that shortlist when the primary requirement is running an affiliate network rather than consolidating every performance marketing function under one vendor.

Its current Network plans include unlimited affiliates, unlimited advertisers, unlimited clicks and unlimited conversions across the published tiers.

That creates a third commercial model to compare against Affise's conversion and impression allowances and Everflow's personalized, usage-dependent pricing.

Trackdesk also takes a different approach to MCP. Rather than restricting AI access to read-only reporting, its MCP server exposes the public API according to the permissions of the connected token, allowing approved actions such as conversion approvals, affiliate status updates and commission changes

For networks migrating from another platform, Trackdesk also supports free guided migration while existing partner links remain active during the transition, reducing the need for a one-day cutover.

That does not make Trackdesk the automatic choice over Everflow or Affise. A company already relying heavily on Affise MMP may prefer Affise's wider product family, while a business that wants affiliates, paid media and downstream customer value inside a broader performance environment may find Everflow's direction more suitable.

For a network primarily comparing tracking economics, advertiser management, migration and operational flexibility, Trackdesk is one of the strongest alternatives to include before making the final decision.

Everflow vs Affise: Which One Fits Better?

Everflow is more compelling when affiliate management forms part of a wider performance marketing operation.

Its current product brings together affiliates, other partner relationships, recurring revenue attribution, placement-level reporting, marketplace discovery, payments and media buying integrations. The main commercial limitation for comparison purposes is that pricing remains personalized, with a six-month commitment and usage structure that needs to be established through the quote.

Affise is closer to a conventional affiliate network operating model. Its public pricing makes initial budgeting easier, while its Performance product offers a substantial range of campaign controls and its wider ecosystem adds a dedicated MMP and partner discovery products.

The trade-off is that both capacity and feature availability change between Affise tiers. A network should therefore identify the lowest plan containing every function it uses and model the expected conversion and impression volume at that tier rather than comparing Beginner against Everflow's public Shopify price.

Migration also separates the two. Everflow publicly offers free full data and setup migration with a parallel operating period, while Affise uses CPAPI and reserves its published Offer Migration capability for Core and above.

Affiliate networks that are not comfortable with either pricing structure should compare Trackdesk at the same time, particularly when unlimited tracking volume, unlimited advertisers and AI-assisted operational workflows carry more weight than mobile attribution or broader paid-media functionality.

The most defensible choice uses one recent month of real network activity. Compare actual conversions, impressions, affiliate payouts, advertiser count, commission structures and the functions your team uses every week against the relevant Everflow proposal, Affise tier and Trackdesk Network configuration.

That produces a much more useful answer than comparing feature counts.
